Nik Anderson

Nik is a commercial real estate agent and owner at RIC Properties, specializing in investment sales, leasing, and off-market deal sourcing across industrial, retail, office, and multifamily properties throughout Minnesota.

A relationship-first professional with a knack for creative dealmaking, Nik is known for his proactive approach, his ability to spot opportunity where others don’t, and his commitment to helping clients build long-term value—whether they’re investors, landlords, or business owners.

Nik spent nearly a decade investing in real estate before officially stepping into the brokerage world in 2023 to help others do the same. His personal experience as an owner and operator gives him unique insight into the needs of both sides of the deal—and a sharp eye for properties that perform. He’s also represented a wide range of tenants, from local entrepreneurs to national corporate users, helping them secure space that supports both immediate needs and long-term growth.

He graduated from Bethel University in 2015 with degrees in Marketing and Finance. While at Bethel, he also played baseball—a passion that continues today as he serves as the head baseball coach at Mounds View High School.

Nik and his wife Megan live in the Twin Cities area with their three kids—Bode, Teagan, and Cubbie. Outside of work, he enjoys drinking coffee, hunting, fishing, sports, and spending time outdoors with his family.
